With its tachymeter bezel, three counters and chronograph pushers, the Cosmograph Daytona is a timekeeping tool specially designed for endurance racers. The outer ring of the watch is a tachymeter that allows the driver to read the average speed of a given distance traveled during that time, based on the time elapsed.
The clear tachymeter display makes the Cosmograph Daytona an ideal speed tool for speeds up to 400 miles or kilometers per hour.

Equipped with chronograph counters
The stainless steel and gloss black dial features a snailed small seconds dial, while the 18-carat gold hour markers and hands are coated with an easy-to-read luminescent Chromalight.
The central seconds hand is accurate to 1/8th of a second, and the chronograph counters at 9 and 3 o'clock show the elapsed hours and minutes, respectively. This allows the driver to know exactly how much time has elapsed and decide how to drive the rest of the road to win.
